About the Event
Unique Bass Tournament Format gives you a chance to win multiple times! Anglers compete in challenge flights for 1st and 2nd place along with big fish and average bag. An overall winner for both big fish and top weight will be awarded. Each flight winner would get $1,200.00, 2nd place receives $600.00. Big Fish receives $250.00 per flight (or $10.00 per boat in each flight). Average Joe receives $150.00. Overall winner would receive $375.00 ($1,500 based off of 4 additional flights) per flight beyond their in-flight winnings. Bass Cat Quest and OGS Tournaments participating incentives apply!
$150.00 dollar entry includes Big Bass and Average Bag. 12 inch minimum on all fish weighed. Each Challenge Flight named after a Bass Cat brand: Caracal, Pantera, Cougar, Lynx, etc. Flights will be set based on a computerized, random draw (No more than 30 boats) at 6pm on April 9th. Register in person at the Russell Marine Boating and Outdoors Center at 19 Russell Marine RD, Alexander City, Alabama on April 8th and April 22nd between 4:00PM CST and 8:00PM CST. Otherwise you must register online before 6:30PM CST by April 23rd! Proceeds benefit the Alexander City Lions Club!!!! Prizes will be given out but you must be present to win!
Check in will be inside the Marina Store. Please send only one team member into the store to check in. Masks and Social Distancing is required! Boats will be drawn out using Bass Cat names for flights so you will know which challenge flight you are in (Caracal, Puma, Lynx, Panterra, etc) along with weigh in at 3:00PM CST with a 15 minute interval between flghts. Boats MUST be inside the bouys at your prescribed weigh in time or there will be a 1 pound penalty per minute up to 10 minutes past each flight check in. After 10 minutes the angler/team will be disqualified.
